Colm is one of the first Pacific Business owners we are mentoring through the Business Village funding from the Ministry of Pacific Peoples.
Colm is of Fiji and Samoa decent on his grandfather’s side. He lives in Whangarei with his lovely wife Jen and their two fluffy kids. He is a Strongman Coach and Athlete.
One of the most interesting things this humble giant has lifted are two trucks tied together, “that was fun” he said. Colm has a Masters in Exercise Science and the training he does with his clients are scientifically proven and is safe.
