Our Story

Yorke Stone and Associates Chartered Accountant was founded and established November 2012. The firm has since grown from two practising partners to a friendly and highly qualified professional team of eight. 

Our Director Daniel Yorke, was born in Whangarei and raised in the Bream Bay area. He continues to live with his family in Northland. Dan is a Chartered Accountant and he’s been in the Accounting industry since 1996. He is a Business and Taxation Expert who is not only is good at what he does but is relatable, has a crazy sense of humour and thrives on clients success.

He met his wife Nancy in the Cook Islands back in 2006 and she joined the team as the Business Manager in 2017, after over 9years as the Northland Manager for the New Zealand Red Cross. She brings the values of looking out for our Yorke family (Our team, Our clients, Our community) and the desire for Yorke Stone to do more than what typical accounting firms do. Simply so our clients can be in the driver seat of their businesses and because we have the skills and resources to make it happen.
